Wrong size is not a wrong order. Tell us within the exchange window and we will sort it.
Exchange window: 3 days from delivery.
Condition: unworn, unwashed, original box, all tags attached. Shoes worn outdoors cannot be exchanged.
Exchange delivery charge: paid by the customer, both ways, unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.
Wrong or damaged item: we cover everything and send a replacement.
